The course changes show their teeth on the second hole. Not a long Par 5, but bunkers right, OB right and the Zajac tree on the left force an accurate tee shot. Longer players who place their tee shot in the fairway should have a go at this one. Shorter players should be able to play their shots safely between the bunkers. Players will be challenged on their lay-up by a massive bunker that begins 60 yards from the green on the left side. A superintendent favorite, the back left pin position, can be a challenge as the green falls sharply away to your left. Over the green leaves you a difficult chip. Play to the center of the green on this par 5. |
