Hole #5
The 5th hole requires a very demanding shot off the tee. With water to the left and right of the fairway, longer hitters should elect to “play it safe,” with a hybrid or fairway wood off of the tee. The pin position on this profoundly sloped green will dictate whether or not players should hunt for the pin on their approach shot. A front pin location is breeze for players that elect to role the ball up to the pin; however, a back pin position should not be challenged. Again, there is very little room over this green, and the bunkers on either side of the green make for a very challenging up-and-down. |
