Groups have until 48 hours prior to their tee time to cancel their designated tee-time without penalty.

Groups must show up for their tee-time with at least three people from your foursome.

Any groups showing up with less than three people for their tee-time will be penalized, unless the golf staff has been notified 48 hours prior to the day of play.

If you have only two of your foursome, it is still required that you properly notify the golf staff.

You may not use golfers who are on the waiting list for that day of play to play in your group. (We don’t want to rely on luck to fill our spots.)

Even if your group is filled with walk-ons, your group will be subject to penalty.

You may, without penalty, fill your group out with guests. You do not need to notify the shop in this case.

1st offense of the tee-time policy will result in a $25 fine for all members of the group from the holding account.

2nd offense of the tee-time policy will result in a $50 fine for all members of the group from the holding account and possible suspension of one week.

3rd offense of the tee-time policy will result in a fine of the remainder of the holding account money from each player and expiration of tee-times.

A member of each group will be notified when a penalty has occurred.

No penalties will be issued if any of the following are evident: below 50 degrees, above 90 degrees, no carts going out, or raining on the first tee during your tee-time.

Any money left in the holding account will be paid back in full to each individual after the last lottery date.
