Early bird gets the worm,

To be eligible the entire group’s
payments and forms must be
turned in complete.
The first twenty lottery groups
to get their completed forms in
will be put into a drawing. One
group will be drawn and each
group member will receive a
Winnetka Golf Club gift card for
$100.
The second twenty lottery
groups to get their completed
forms will be put into a drawing
with the nineteen non-winning
groups from the first twenty.
One group will be drawn from
these thirty-nine groups and
each group member will receive
a Winnetka Golf Club gift card
for $50.
Any person referring a new
group (must consist of at least
three players who have not been
in the Winnetka Golf Club
lottery in the last two years) will
receive either: a driver fitting
and a new driver or a putter
fitting and a new putter. To be
eligible, the person making the
referral must contact Cortney
Miller prior to the group signing
up.

Lottery Rules & Regulations
1. Season starting time applications are limited to 50 foursomes
for either Saturday or Sunday. Those groups who participated
in last year’s lottery will have first priority in this year’s lottery.
Groups are defined as three returning Players from the previous
season’s lottery. Any new lottery openings will be filled by groups, first with 4, 3, 2, 1 and 0 residents. A lottery will be held to determine priority.
2. Season starting times will be limited to the following golf
memberships: residents and non-resident 7-day passes. All
lottery and golf pass fees must be received by 4 pm Sunday,
March 7, at the Winnetka Golf Club.
Any incomplete applications or fees will be returned to the group
and could jeopardize participation in this year’s lottery.
Please Note: If a player participates with more than one group on Saturday and Sunday, then the player will pay the appropriate fees for each day.
3. If any member of the group misrepresents residency, then the group may lose its privilege to participate. All fees must be submitted together or applications will be returned.
4. The season has five, 4-week sessions. Five drawings are held for Saturday and Sunday.Below are the dates and times for each session:

Starting times will alternate every eight and nine minutes. Players
must report to the starter 15 minutes before their designated
starting times.
5. Drawings to determine the order of starting time selection
will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday, March 17, at the Winnetka
Golf Clubhouse, 1300 Oak St. Lists for starting time order will
be available to participants on Friday, March 19, after 12 noon.
At least one person of the group or proxy must be present for
the time selection on Saturday morning.
PERMANENT TEE TIME CANCELLATIONS
Lottery groups will pay an additional $100 per person toward
a cancellation policy. Any group not cancelling prior to 48
hours in advance or having fewer than three lottery players at
its assigned tee time will be subject to a fine which is deducted
from each player’s $100.
The first offense is a $25 fine from each player’s holding
account. The second offense is a $50 fine deducted from each
player’s holding account and forfeit of the next week’s time.
The third offense will result in the forfeiture of the remaining
balance in the holding account and possible suspension for
the remainder of the year’s tee times.
Any remaining balance at the end of the lottery season will be
paid back in full to the lottery players or can be used as pro
shop credit.
Reminder: Players must cancel 48 hours in advance.
