Tee Time Reservation Policy

For tee time reservations please call (847) 501.2050

Please report to the first tee 10 minutes prior to tee time.

The Winnetka Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility.

Reservations for the 18-hole course and the Par 3 course may be made seven (7) days in advance by all those with season memberships or resident discount cards.

Daily fee players may make reservations six (6) days in advance and are required to hold their tee time with a Discover, Mastercard or a Visa. 

When a reservation is made the following information will be taken:  Name, number of players, member number or credit card.

If players fail to show-up for their designated tee time, the group will be billed the appropriate fees. 

Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before the designated tee time.

No penalties will be issued if one or more of the following conditions occur:

• Golf cars are prohibited.

• Temperature is less than 50 degrees or above 90 degrees.

• It is raining here at your tee time.
