Formerly known as the Winnetka Golf Academy

The Elite program is designed to highlight the best aspects from the former Junior Academy program and will include some exciting changes for 2008. The Junior Elite Program is an invitation only program designed to take juniors from our camps and clinics and put them into a more competitive atmosphere.

This program runs for 10 weeks in which players have supervised practice and instruction 2 – 3 times a week. On Mondays, participants play as a team in a travel league competing against teams from other courses. The Elite program is the final step for a junior looking to play high school golf or simply gain a greater edge for tournament play. In this program, students will not only learn how to swing the club, but more importantly how to practice and play.

New for 2008

  • Instructors assigned to each participant for private instruction
time (in addition to normal practices)
  • Inter-squad competitions
  • Computer swing analysis
  • More matches on regulation 9-hole courses
  • Group golf excursion
